The second phase of the highly anticipated Brightline express train service is finally moving forward after unanticipated delays.

"Construction is about to begin on Brightline’s second phase which will take it from West Palm Beach to Orlando," reports The Next Miami.
Veronica Brezina scooped the news on the next phase of the $2 billion project in an article for the Orlando Business Journal that could be hidden behind a paywall for some readers.
However, it's been an up and down year for the Brightline, the privately funded express rail service. Service between West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale was supposed to begin this summer, but the opening was pushed until the end of the year. All Aboard Florida also faced frustrations and delays with the Orlando leg.
