"Tampa's Beazer Homes is proposing to construct the Dupree Gardens development, a mixture of houses, townhouses and condominium units, on 571 acres between Ehren Cutoff and Hale Road in rural Pasco County, Florida. After about an hour of back and forth between residents and developers, resident Butch Winkler captured the mood with one statement. 'You've got a great project,' he told the Beazer folks. 'Build it someplace else.' The filled-to-capacity meeting room in the Land O'Lakes Community Center erupted with applause."
