Business leaders on Broadway in Capitol Hill have been trying for years to convince Seattle's City Government to amend zoning to allow multi-use buildings of up to 65 feet in height in their neighborhood. It seems that the 'Seattle Way' of politics just isn't letting it happen. In fact, they can't even get promised funding to complete a study.
