Bus riders in Wilmington, Delaware are upset about changes to 13 bus routes near Rodney Square.

Wilmington Bus service changes have drawn criticism. "At a public workshop meant to discuss proposed DART bus changes for May, attendants expressed disdain over the state’s decision to shift 13 bus routes away from Rodney Square, beginning last December," Zoë Read writes for WHYY.
The state says that Rodney Square is congested because it was not meant to be a transportation hub, and these changes to routes are meant to alleviate that. Still, residents complained that the move was confusing and inconvenient. "Last month, the state restored three routes. But bus riders at Tuesday’s meeting say that’s not enough," Read reports.
