Nicholas Keung provides on-the-scene reporting from 307, the new office and workshop space of Sidewalk Toronto, where the project team recently hosted on open house to celebrate its opening.

Officially launched last fall, the project has been progressing slowly, with ongoing public consultation. Although a full draft plan won’t be revealed until October, the prototypes and exhibits on display at Sidewalk Toronto’s new 1,800-square-foot office at 307 Lake Shore Blvd. E. give viewers a glimpse of the boundless opportunities.

A separate article by James McLeod describes the 307 open house as a "charm offensive" by Sidewalk Toronto as it faces "escalating skepticism" from critics.
