"TransLink BC, the public transportation system in Vancouver, British Columbia, announced Thursday that actor Seth Rogen will lend his voice to announcements -- an initiative born from a social media request," CBS reports. After a fan on Twitter suggested it, the actor said he would be happy to do it. TransLink BC responded thanking Rogen for the offer, and shortly thereafter, the deal was done. The actor agreed to do the recording for free if the service would pay for the recording time.

"Rogen said he grew up taking public transit, and still takes it when he is in Vancouver," CBS writes.
