"The Regional Transit Authority has posted an online survey to help it plan bus rides over the next three years," reports Grant Segall from Cleveland.

"The survey will help to inform a system redesign study, one of five independent 'pillar' studies feeding an overall strategic plan to guide the financially challenged authority through the coming decades," according to Segall.

The RTA has contracted Jarrett Walker + Associates of Portland, Oregon to conduct the redesign study. Walker has led redesigns of bus systems in Houston, Memphis, Philadelphia, San Jose, and Anchorage, among others.
